How long does it take to ship my purchase?
Depending on the items if they are available in stock or not. We normally have our suppliers drop ship the items. It will take 1-2 weeks delivery time from the time we process your order.
Do you offer monogramming/embroidery?
Yes we do. We offer name monogrammming for $7.00 dollars the first line and $ 3.50 for the second line. Custom logos will have a set up fee ranging from $25.00-40.00 depending on the stitch count. Please email sales@myscrubs.com for your specific needs.
How can I return the items that doesn't fit me?
Please email returns@myscrubs.com and we will email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any returns without this number. We will credit your account upon the receipt of the item(s). Please review our Returns & Exchange policy

If my order are back ordered, how long does it take to arrive?
If your order or a part of your order is backordered, we will contact you with an estimate time of availability and you can reply back to cancel or proceed with the order. We don't charge your credit card until the items are shipped and any backordered item(s) are shipped for free.
